Onsite Registration – 4 – 7 FEB 2026

If you have submitted abstract(s) for APRC 2026, please sign in with the same credentials you created for abstract submission, or please create an account with your corresponding email address to register for APRC 2026.
Registration Confirmation Email with the attached invoice/receipt will be sent to you via e-mail after your online registration.
Registration is NOT complete until full payment has been made.
Registration deadline is based on the Payment Date, NOT the registration date.
For Early Bird Registration, please complete your payment before August 4, 2025 (GMT+7); if no payment is received before above date, the registration fee will recalculate to regular or onsite price based on your payment date.
All presenting authors are required to complete the online registration process as a delegate for the entire conference. Once completed, a Registration Confirmation letter will be automatically sent to your email inbox. Payment must be finalized as part of this registration process for presenters.

Please note that the deadline for Ecode applications is January 16, 2026. Applicants must ensure that their payments are completed and a copy of their passport bio-page is submitted to registration@aprc2026.org before this date

Registration Fee

* Gala Dinner and Full-day /Half-day Pre-Conference Workshop require additional registration fee. Kindly select the option accordingly during Conference Registration if interested.

Notes:

Payments will be processed in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar).
The reference exchange rate is THB 35 : USD 1.
The actual rate will depend on the exchange rate set by your credit card’s issuing bank.
Attendees’ credit card bank may impose a currency exchange surcharge, and you are responsible for any surcharge.
All bank charges including inbound, outbound administration fees, and currency exchange difference will be borne by the attendees.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

We accept international credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB Card.
For payment via credit card, please note that your payment must be completed within 24 hours of registration. If no payment is received, your account will be automatically closed after 24 hours, and you will have to sign in again pay the fees.

Wire Transfer

To confirm your payment, please specify your registration ID in the payment remarks column while you are making the transaction, and provide your “Proof of Payment” to registration@aprc2024.org.
Payments will be processed in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar), and the reference exchange rate is NTD 30: USD 1.
The real-time exchange rate for wire transfer will be set by your credit card’s issuing bank.
The wire transfer information (bank account) will be sent to your email address with Confirmation Letter.

General Terms and Conditions for Registration

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Registration Changes: To request cancellations or changes in your registration type, please email the Conference Secretariat at registration@aprc2024.org.
Currency Consideration: As payments are in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar), refunds will also be in NTD. Attendees are responsible for any currency exchange differences when converting to their local currency. This policy applies to the refund.
Refund Timing: Refunds for registration fees will be processed after the conclusion of APRC 2024.
Refund Method: Confirmed refunds will be issued after the conference, using your initial payment method.
Bank Charges: Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.

Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions, as the Conference does not provide coverage for individual booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.

Disclaimer

While every effort will be made to present the program as advertised, APRC 2026 reserves the right to modify or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, programs, or other items related directly or indirectly to the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. APRC 2026 Conference Secretariat is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from such alterations. If the conference is canceled, all pre-paid fees will be fully refunded. However, the Conference Secretariat is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by such cancellations.
