If you have submitted an abstract for APRC 2026, please use the same email address provided during abstract submission to complete your registration.
A Registration Confirmation Email, including an attached invoice/receipt, will be sent to your registered email upon successful online registration.
Your registration will only be considered complete once full payment has been received.
The registration deadline is determined based on the payment date, not the registration date.
For Early Bird Registration, payment must be completed before August 4, 2025 (GMT+7). If payment is not received by this date, the registration fee will automatically adjust to the standard or onsite rate based on your payment date.
All presenting authors are required to complete the online registration process as a delegate for the entire conference. Upon completion, a Registration Confirmation Letter will be automatically sent to your email. Payment must be finalized as part of the registration process for presenters.

Notes:

Payments will be processed in THB (Thai Baht).
The reference exchange rate is THB 35 : USD 1.
The actual rate will depend on the exchange rate set by your credit card’s issuing bank.
Attendees’ credit card bank may impose a currency exchange surcharge, and attendees are responsible for any surcharge.
All bank charges, including inbound and outbound administration fees and currency exchange differences, will be borne by the attendees.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

We accept international credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card, UnionPay, and American Express.
For payment via credit card, please note that your payment must be completed within 24 hours of registration. If no payment is received, your account will be automatically closed after 24 hours, and you will need to sign in again and pay the fees.

Alipay

We accept payments via Alipay.
The QR Code payment will expire within 24 hours. Please ensure that your payment is completed within this time frame. If no payment is received, your account will be automatically closed after 24 hours, and you will need to register again and pay the fees.

WeChat Pay

We accept payments via WeChat Pay.
The QR Code payment will expire within 24 hours. Please ensure that your payment is completed within this time frame. If no payment is received, your account will be automatically closed after 24 hours, and you will need to register again and pay the fees.

Prompt Pay

We accept payments via Prompt Pay.
The QR Code payment will expire within 24 hours. Please ensure that your payment is completed within this time frame. If no payment is received, your account will be automatically closed after 24 hours, and you will need to register again and pay the fees.

Wire Transfer

To confirm your payment, please include your registration code in the payment remarks section when making the transaction. Additionally, send your “Proof of Payment” to registration@aprc2026.org.
Payments will be processed in THB (Thai Baht), with a reference exchange rate of THB 35 = USD 1.
The actual exchange rate for your wire transfer will be determined by the issuing bank of your credit card.
Wire transfer details, including the bank account information, will be sent to your email address along with the Confirmation Letter.

General Terms and Conditions for Registration

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Registration Changes: To request cancellations or modifications to your registration type, please contact the Conference Secretariat at registration@aprc2026.org.
Currency Consideration: Since payments are made in THB (Thai Baht), all refunds will also be issued in THB. Attendees are responsible for any currency exchange differences when converting to their local currency. This policy applies to all refunds.
Refund Timing: Refunds for registration fees will be processed after the conclusion of APRC 2026.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through your original payment method once the conference has concluded.
Bank Charges: Participants are responsible for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.

Cancellation Cut-off Date	Refund Policy

No show / Depart early	No refund

Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions, as the Conference does not provide coverage for individual booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.

While every effort will be made to deliver the program as advertised, APRC 2026 reserves the right to modify or cancel any arrangements, programs, or related items, either directly or indirectly, without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The APRC 2026 Conference Secretariat will not be held responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from such changes. In the event of a conference cancellation, all pre-paid fees will be fully refunded. However, the Conference Secretariat is not liable for any additional losses or inconveniences caused by such cancellations.
